Natural Stone Sealer for Travertine, Granite, Marble, Slate, Limestone (1 Quart)

Stone Sealer #1 is a low odor solvent-based product that is widely used by professionals in the stone fabricating industry. It is a reactive silicone polymer in mineral spirits that impregnates the natural stone surface to create an invisible protective barrier. This sealer does not alter the appearance of the stone surface and produces a natural or invisible finish with no sheen. It is suitable for sealing all types of natural stone, such as marble, granite, travertine, slate, and limestone.

Each gallon of Stone Sealer #1 will cover approximately 500 square feet per application. It is recommended to apply two coats approximately 2 hours apart, rather than one thick coat, and to remove any excess sealer from the surface within 5 minutes using a clean, dry white cloth. The natural stone surface should be kept completely dry while the sealer is curing for 24 hours.

For application on small areas such as countertops, it is recommended to apply the sealer with a microfiber cloth, while for larger floor or wall areas, it is best to use a very short nap (1/8") roller. It is advised to re-apply a single top-up application on top of the old sealer every 2 to 3 years to maintain its effectiveness.
