For application, use a brush, roller, or low-pressure pump sprayer on a substrate that is clean and free from contaminants. Apply one heavy coat, maintaining wetness on the surface for 3-5 minutes before wiping dry. Avoid puddling to prevent a tacky finish, and apply two coats wet-on-wet for optimal performance. Allow 24 hours before water contact, with full water repellency developing within 48-72 hours under proper curing conditions.

With potential longevity up to ten years, we advise a reapplication every five years to maintain peak performance. Coverage ranges from 100-200 sq. ft. per gallon, making it a suitable choice for extensive and varied applications.
