MasonryDefender All Purpose Concrete, Brick & Stone Sealant is a high-performance, penetrating silane/siloxane blended water repellent that provides long-lasting water repellency on concrete and masonry surfaces. This water-based product is a breathable, non-film forming, concrete sealer exterior water repellent that will not alter surface color or appearance. It protects most vertical and horizontal, exterior, above-grade concrete surfaces, including residential driveways, patios, sidewalks, brick walls, stone walls, concrete walls, chimneys, or any other bare masonry or concrete surfaces.

This concrete sealer can cover a range from 90-150 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface porosity. Before applying, the surface must be completely clean and allowed to dry for at least 6 hours. The product is available in both 1-gallon and 2.5-gallon containers, with the latter being easier to lift and pour compared to heavy 5-gallon containers.

The MasonryDefender All Purpose Concrete, Brick & Stone Sealer can be used as an all-purpose water repellent and sealer for any bare masonry, concrete, or natural stone surface. It protects against cracking and pitting caused by moisture that seeps into the concrete over time, and it also has a salt guard that protects against de-icing salts and chemicals. After application, water will bead instead of seeping into the surface, causing further damage.

To apply the sealer, ensure the surface temperature is between 40°F and 100°F for three hours following application. Use a low-pressure pump-up garden sprayer to spray a thin, even layer, starting at the bottom and working your way up for vertical surfaces. The surface should remain wet for 2-3 minutes before final absorption. Apply a second coat within a few minutes of the first. On horizontal surfaces, avoid puddling or ponding; brush or broom to spread the material until the sealer thoroughly penetrates the surface. The surface will be dry in 2-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity, and can be driven on after 24 hours.
